  • How can I tell if the apartment is available?

    In the reservation system you can always see the current status of the apartment – i.e. available, pre-reserved, reserved or sold. In any case, feel free to contact our sales team who will help you select the best apartment and provide up-to-date information.

  • Do I have to sign a contract immediately?

    After contacting our sales agent you can reserve a unit for 3 days with no obligation. Subsequently, once a reservation contract is signed, a reservation fee is payable to the amount of 50,000 CZK or 150,000 CZK (for apartment prices up to 3,000,000 CZK and over 3,000,000 CZK respectively). Once the Owner’s Statement is registered, you will sign a contract on a future purchase and within 10 days of signing it you will pay a second deposit of 15% of the purchase price. Before the expiration of the contract on a future purchase, you will sign your purchase contract.

  • How long do I have to make a decision?

    If you make an on-line reservation, you will be contacted within the next 24 hours by one of our sales agents who will discuss the details with you. If you have already signed a reservation contract, you have a 14-day reservation period to pay the reservation fee.

  • How long do i have to required doccuments for obtaining a mortage?

    It is recommended to have the financing arranged before signing the contract on the future purchase; it is necessary to do so before the purchase contract is signed.
